Bike Registration

Free bike and registration is required by the Centre Region Council of Governments and University Park Campus Policy SY16. Registration assists in recovering lost or stolen bikes, providing data for improving Penn Staters’ cycling experiences, and enforcing policies.

Find your serial Number

Your bike’s serial number is required for registration.

Permit Placement

Clean and dry your seat tube or post before placing the permit so it’s visible from the front of the bike.
