Service, Contractor, and Delivery Parking

If you're not a Penn State employee and you're working on campus, purchase a parking permit that fits your needs.

Permit Types and Rates

Contractor*

Construction project permits for individuals and companies.

Commuter - Commuter Lots (includes Stadium West, Jordan East, Porter North, Porter South, and other Commuter lots)

Core (Brown, Green, Red, Silver, Yellow) or Orange - one assigned area, plus Orange and Commuter lots

Multi-Access - all faculty/staff lots with 30 or more spaces

Service*

On-call or scheduled service work permits.

Service - Designated spaces and non-reserved spaces at parking decks, orange lots, and commuter lots

Service All-Access - parking on sidewalks and grass when needed, plus Service areas

Delivery*

Thirty-minute permit for regular deliveries to campus buildings at designated spaces and loading docks.

*Special approval is required for Core, Orange, and Multi-Access permits, as well as Service, and Service All-Access permits for more than one day.

*Vehicles registered for Service permit parking must display a company logo.

*Companies are responsible for tickets associated with a permit.
