Departments can purchase special permits for visitors or faculty and staff who frequently travel across campus.

Floater Card*

A floater card is issued to departments and may be used by any employee.

Parking Access:

East Deck
HUB Deck
Nittany Deck
West Deck

Rate: Billed monthly on usage ($1 per hour)

RPV Permit*

A virtual RPV permit is assigned to a specific employee to use with their faculty/staff parking permit*.

Parking Access:
All faculty/staff lots with 30 or more spaces.

Rate: $31/month/employee

Department Visitors*

Departments may pay for an invited guest's parking.

Parking Access:
Varies for single and multi-day events.

Rate: $1-11/per day

*Rates effective July 1, 2023

*Floater and RPV permits are not valid with a commuter or student permit.
