Penn State Transportation Services is implementing several changes to transportation and parking services for Innovation Park and the Mount Nittany Medical Center/Centre Medical Sciences area.

Eisenhower Deck will support 24/7 hourly visitor parking, utilize license plate recognition and Penn State ID access for permit holders, and operate similarly to other campus decks beginning Monday, Aug. 10.

Transportation Services has announced its schedule for fall 2026/spring 2027 student parking registration for University Park students. Registration will be available exclusively online.

Penn State Garage Services will transition from the Office of Physical Plant to Transportation Services effective Sunday, Aug. 9.

General parking for Penn State summer commencement ceremonies being held at the Bryce Jordan Center will be available at Jordan East and Stadium West.

The FMIS will consolidate vehicle, maintenance, fuel and cost data into a single platform, giving fleet managers greater visibility into vehicle performance, maintenance schedules, and operating expenses.

RIDEpass is a program for faculty, staff and graduate students that provides access to all regular CATABUS routes at a reduced price.

Parking will be available across from Medlar Field in the Jordan East lot for $5.35, payable via HONK (zone PSUCR).

Transit service will be reduced, but additional parking access will be available for core faculty/staff permit holders.

The addition of hourly parking is intended to better serve campus visitors who need short-term parking near central academic, administrative, and residence hall destinations.
