In-office permit sales will not be conducted during this time. However, the on-campus parking decks and pay stations will remain available.

There will be impacts between Calder Way and White Course Drive and between the intersections of Park and College avenues.

Arts Fest visitor parking will be available at the HUB, Nittany, and West decks from Wednesday, July 10 through Sunday, July 14.

Due to Central PA 4th Fest at Medlar Field, Penn State parking permits will not be valid at select parking areas on Thursday, July 4.

The new schedule for the Campus Shuttle via Beaver Avenue route will be 7 a.m. - 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, with service every 20 minutes from 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. and every 40 minutes from 6 - 7 p.m.

Those who need to travel on the day of the event are encouraged to review the following list of traffic and parking impacts, utilize detour routes if able, and allow for additional travel time to your destination.

Arrival vehicles will unload move in items at Lot 82 near Pennypacker Hall or at the East Deck.

Transit service will be reduced but additional parking access will be available.

The new parking option will offer an alternative to a monthly parking permit for remote and hybrid employees by using available space in the parking areas already overallocated for permits but consistently have unused parking spaces.

Parking will be available at no charge for those attending the event in Stadium West, Jordan East, Porter North, Orange A Ag Arena, and Lot 43.
