A limited number of prepaid parking passes are now available on ParkMobile for parking at East Deck.

Parking at the Commuter lots (Stadium West, Jordan East, and Porter North) and Eisenhower Deck for these events will require a valid Penn State faculty/staff or student parking permit or prepaid parking pass through ParkMobile.

Students, faculty, and staff have access to a variety of services including public transportation, biking, Lyft programs and a free ride-matching platform, RideOn.

CATA staff will be available to hear comments and answer questions regarding all CATA services.

A limited number of all student permits will be available for purchase, with options based on whether students live on or off campus, and for on-campus students, their residence hall area.

Drivers can earn money to cover travel expenses like gas and toll fees by posting on RideOn to fill extra seats in their vehicles with Penn Staters looking for a ride to similar destinations.

The Community/Visitor permit will be available to local community members and frequent campus visitors.

Customers will have the ability to pay on their phone for parking when they return to their vehicle before exiting.

The new parking option will offer an alternative to a monthly parking permit for remote and hybrid employees by using available space in the parking areas already overallocated for permits but consistently have unused parking spaces.

The site provides information for visitors and non-deck permit holders about the availability of visitor parking at the East, HUB, Nittany, and West decks.
