Manage Vehicle Information
If you need to add a new vehicle, remove a vehicle, or change the vehicle information for a license plate already registered with your permit, you may quickly update this information online using the following link:

Notes:
- To access the portal, you must log in with your Penn State user ID and password
- All fields with an * are required fields and must be filled to proceed
To add a new vehicle to your permit:
- Click "Vehicles" from the menu bar
- Click the “Add Vehicle” button located below the list of your existing vehicles
- Enter information for all required fields, then click the "Next" button
- Notes:
- If you receive a message that states the plate already exists in the system, simply click the “Next” button to proceed with adding the plate to your permit
- The vehicle is now added to your permit
To remove a license plate from your permit:
- Note:
- The system requires users to have at least one vehicle on file with their permit, so you must add a new vehicle before deleting the old one
- Click "Vehicles" from the menu bar
- Click the license plate number you wish to remove
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Delete” button
- Click the “OK” button when prompted as to whether you really wish to delete the license plate number
- The license plate is no longer be associated with your permit
To edit the vehicle information for a license plate already registered with your permit:
- Notes:
- You cannot edit a license plate number already registered with your permit, but you can edit other information, such as make and model - see the section above to learn how to remove a plate number
- Click "Vehicles" from the menu bar
- Click the license plate number for which you wish to update vehicle information
- Click the “Edit” button
- Make any necessary changes, then click the "Next" button
- Your vehicle information is now updated
Updating Email Addresses, Mailing Addresses and Phone Numbers
When updating your vehicle information, please check your email address, mailing address and phone number information by clicking "Manage Account" on the main menu page. If any of this information is inaccurate, please click "Remove" next to that item to remove old or incorrect information, and click "Add New" within each section to add current information. Please note, however, that this information must still be updated in WorkLion, the University's employee information system.
