Spin E-Bike Rentals
Penn Staters and visitors who are 18 years old or older can rent an electric-assist bike to ride on campus and in the Borough of State College.

Spin Rides
Use the Spin app to locate parked bikes for pick-up, view service areas and no-ride zones, find parking spots and request additional pick-up locations. Riders must obey local traffic laws and Penn State campus biking regulations.
Rates
- $1 to unlock per ride
- $0.30 per minute, per ride
- Spin+ Membership:
- $4 per month
- No unlock fees
- Unlimited $4 rides up to 20 minutes per ride
Spin Access provides discounted fares and access for riders without smartphones, mobile location services, or credit cards.
