Student Motorcycle Parking
Students who wish to park a motorcycle on campus must register online for the appropriate student parking permit and park only in areas authorized by that permit. Motorcycles may be parked in non-reserved motorcycle or regular vehicle spaces within authorized areas.
Motorcycle parking at the East, HUB, Nittany, and West decks is prohibited at all times.
After 4 p.m. on weekdays and all day on Saturdays and Sundays, motorcycles registered with a valid student permit have access to non-reserved motorcycle and regular vehicle spaces in faculty/staff lots highlighted in yellow with the E/W symbol on the student parking map, except for the the East, HUB, Nittany, and West decks.
Note: NDS/Nittany Deck and YAS/West Deck student permits may not be purchased for motorcycle parking. Students eligible for these permits must register for another available permit.
Permit Display on Motorcycles
Permit display is not required for motorcycles for daily parking, but the motorcycle must be registered as an authorized vehicle with a valid permit. For event parking, a valid permit must be displayed with motorcycles.
Driving Both a Vehicle and a Motorcycle
Students who drive both a regular vehicle and a motorcycle may register both with their student parking permit but may only park one of them on campus at any given time. To store a vehicle and motorcycle on campus at the same time, students must purchase two permits - one online and one at the Transportation Services Office at 1 Eisenhower Parking Deck.
