2024 CPTA Conference at Penn State

The 2024 Campus Parking and Transportation Association (CPTA) Conference will be held at The Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center at Penn State's University Park campus from Sunday, Oct. 13 through Wednesday, Oct. 16.

Hotel Accommodations

Hotel accommodations for the 2024 CPTA Conference are available at The Penn Stater Hotel & Conference Center.

Notes:

  • The deadline to reserve a room at the block rate has passed, so market rates will apply.
  • Breakfast is separate from the conference and available at The Gardens Restaurant inside The Penn Stater. Vouchers are provided for each registered hotel guest.
  • Free parking is available at The Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center.

Conference Travel

Penn State's University Park campus is located in State College, PA and is served by the State College Regional Airport, which has direct flights from Philadelphia, Washington Dulles, and Chicago O'Hare.

Note: With only a few flights per day from each of the above airports, attendees planning to fly into State College may want to consider arriving on Saturday in the event that inclement weather or other travel issues delay their flight(s).
