Floater Card

A floater card is issued to departments and may be used by any employee.

Parking Access:

  • East Deck
  • Eisenhower Deck 
  • HUB Deck
  • Nittany Deck 
  • West Deck

Rate: Billed monthly on usage ($2 for the first hour and $1 per hour for any additional hours)

RPV Permit

A virtual RPV permit is assigned to a specific employee to use with their faculty/staff parking permit*.

Parking Access: 

All faculty/staff lots with 30 more spaces. 

Rate: $34/month/employee

Department Visitors

Departments may pay for an invited guest's parking. 

Parking Access: 

Varies for single and multi-day events. 

Rate: $1-11/per day

*Rates effective July 1, 2026

*Floater and RPV permits are not valid with a commuter or student permit.
